Assess, monitor, and respond to changing patient conditions while developing and managing individualized care plans for labor and delivery. Conduct bedside handoffs, utilize fetal monitoring and diagnostic data, and educate patients and families throughout their care journey. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including obstetricians, midwives, and NICU specialists to support high-risk obstetrics and advanced maternal care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and serve as a patient advocate while promoting exceptional outcomes.
