Job Summary
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care in the largest birthing center in the St. Louis region while managing individualized care plans. Assess, monitor, and respond to changing patient conditions using fetal monitoring and diagnostic data, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including obstetricians and NICU specialists. Conduct bedside handoffs, educate families throughout their care journey, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Join the 16-week Labor & Birth Nurse Residency Program for immersive learning and mentorship. Full-time nights shift available for January and February cohorts.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN License or eligibility for licensure in the state of Missouri
- BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (or obtained within 30 days of hire)

- C-EFM
- PALS
- Other unit-specific certifications as required
