Labor & Delivery RN | New Graduate Opportunity: Jan/Feb 2027

Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care and develop individualized care plans for laboring patients. Assess, monitor, and respond to changing patient conditions while utilizing diagnostic, laboratory, and fetal monitoring data. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including obstetricians, midwives, and NICU specialists. Conduct bedside handoffs, perform patient safety reporting, and educate families throughout their care journey. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and serve as a patient advocate to promote exceptional outcomes. Join the 16-week residency program for mentorship and hands-on clinical experience. Full-time nights shift available for January and February cohorts.
