Labor & Delivery RN | New Graduate Opportunity: Jan/Feb 2027

Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care and develop individualized care plans for laboring patients. Assess, monitor, and respond to changing patient conditions while utilizing diagnostic and fetal monitoring data. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including obstetricians and midwives to conduct bedside handoffs and safety reporting. Educate patients and families throughout their care journey while participating in quality improvement initiatives. Serve as a patient advocate to promote exceptional outcomes. Join the 16-week residency program for mentorship and hands-on clinical experience. Full-time night shifts available for January and February cohorts.
