Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in Women and Infants units including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women's Care, and NICU. Utilize the nursing process to deliver evidence-based practice while modeling proficiency through precepting new staff. Support a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes across Highlands Ranch, Longs Peak, and University of Colorado Hospitals. Maintain BLS certification and NRP within six months of hire. Work full-time 72-hour shifts with day/night rotation or night-only options. Earn up to $54.71/hour plus float pool differential and a $1,600 quarterly night shift incentive.
Required Qualifications
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of Women and Infants nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program
- NRP within 6 months of hire
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience
