Job Summary

Provide evidence-based, family-centered care from triage through postpartum, managing complex cases like inductions, VBACs, and C-sections. Circulate in OB operating rooms and recover patients in the PACU while interpreting electronic fetal monitoring and maternal assessments. Collaborate with physicians, midwives, anesthesiologists, and NICU teams to ensure safe outcomes, educate families on postpartum care, and uphold infection control and documentation standards. Requires current Texas RN license, BSN, minimum two years of L&D experience, and BLS/ACLS/NRP/STABLE certifications. Full-time night shift in Houston, TX.

Required Qualifications

  • Current RN license (Texas or compact eligible)
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required or in progress
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS certification
  • NRP certification
  • STABLE certification or ability to obtain
  • Proficient in fetal monitoring interpretation (EFM certification)
  • Comfortable circulating in OB OR and managing high-risk obstetric emergencies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient education skills
  • EMR proficiency (Epic)
