Job Summary
Oversee compliance programs related to certified payroll and prevailing wage requirements across federal, state, and local projects; monitor applicable laws and regulations; provide solutions to maintain compliance; lead onboarding and training of compliance staff; coordinate job assignments and cross-training; ensure timely reporting and third-party/auditor reviews; manage relationships with stakeholders and oversee implementation of payroll processes and reporting systems (e.g., LCP Tracker).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software
- Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach
- Strong coaching and leadership skills
