Job Summary
Conduct basic construction labor on commercial solar sites, performing outdoor tasks for the full day. Maintain a schedule of 40 to 50 hours per week while traveling between multiple site locations as needed. Pass a lab and/or onsite drug test prior to starting work, and demonstrate prior construction or outdoor labor experience to qualify. Performance determines eligibility to continue working for the company after the current project concludes.
