Provide exceptional legal counsel on labor and employment matters, including human resources, wage and hour, labor relations, and litigation. Prepare and draft legal documents, identify and assess legal risks, and negotiate settlements for client disputes. Educate clients and stakeholders on policies and procedures while performing administrative and management functions. Requires seven years of substantive litigation experience in tort, labor, and employment law. Required Qualifications
