Job Summary
Manage California labor and employment defense matters for national defense clients, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FEHA, and wage and hour issues. Represent employers in related employment litigation and administrative proceedings while maintaining a portable book of business if available. Operate within a remote or hybrid framework from the San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Torrance area, leveraging national platform infrastructure and established client relationships. Requires a California Bar license in good standing and partner-level experience to build and grow the practice with autonomy.
Required Qualifications
- Partner-level L&E defense experience representing employers in Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FEHA, wage and hour, and related employment matters
- California Bar license in good standing
- Comfortable with a remote or hybrid arrangement
