Job Summary
Represent employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination matters under Title VII, ADEA, ADA, and FMLA. Defend clients before the EEOC, PHRC, and other administrative agencies while handling wage and hour defense including FLSA and Pennsylvania wage payment matters. Draft and argue dispositive motions including summary judgment, conduct and defend depositions of witnesses and experts, and manage cases from inception through trial preparation and resolution. Advise employers on hiring, discipline, termination, and accommodation issues. Requires 2-7+ years of labor and employment defense experience, an active Pennsylvania Bar license, and strong legal writing skills. Hybrid work flexibility offered in Philadelphia.
Required Qualifications
- 2-7+ years of labor and employment defense experience
- Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing
- Strong legal writer with practical judgment and client communication skills
- Experience managing an independent caseload with minimal supervision
- Comfortable advising employers on day to day employment matters alongside active litigation
Desired Qualifications
- New Jersey Bar admission is a strong plus
