Job Summary
Advise employers on workplace matters including employment policies, wage and hour compliance, discrimination claims, leave laws, employee relations, and workplace investigations. Manage all phases of litigation including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Draft and review employment agreements, employee handbooks, and workplace policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. This role requires a Tennessee-licensed attorney with 2-5 years of experience, strong legal research and writing skills, and a collaborative team-based approach.
