Job Summary
Labor and Delivery RN at AdventHealth Winter Park full-time day shift. Conduct comprehensive assessments spanning physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors; develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care; administer medications and treatments safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols; educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies; collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care with effective communication and teamwork.
