Job Summary
Deliver direct, individualized nursing care to women and newborns during the post-delivery recovery phase while collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Apply scientific nursing principles to maintain high standards in maternal and child health, adhering to the Texas Nurse Practice Act and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Uphold professional conduct and confidentiality throughout all interactions. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, AD, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing)
- Registered Nurse license
- CPR-BLS certification
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Must be available for Night Shift (Varied)
