Job Summary
Write, edit, and oversee the release of internal communication documents and programs supporting the organization, including intranet, newsletters, emails, webcasts, and speeches. Review and enhance all materials prior to dissemination to ensure accuracy, clarity, and an appropriate corporate voice. Coordinate internal communication efforts with external partners such as marketing and investor relations while collaborating with executive management to align messaging with company developments. Persuade senior internal and external partners unfamiliar with the subject matter and advise others on difficult matters. Analyze diverse information to devise creative solutions for complex problems, using judgment to select the right course of action independently. Requires a Bachelor's degree and five years of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years and a Master's degree
- PhD without experience
- Equivalent work experience
- Complete knowledge and full understanding of area of specialization, principles and practices within a professional discipline
