Job Summary
Conduct labor and birth care across low-risk deliveries and high-risk antenatal units with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:2 or 1:1 based on acuity. Deliver hands-on preceptorship, participate in simulation-based training, and attend classroom lectures led by clinical educators. Work full-time night shifts within a 24/7 team supported by board-certified OB hospitalists, anesthesia, and maternal-fetal medicine specialists. Complete a structured mentorship program pairing new graduates or experienced RNs with mentors for career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year Labor & Birth RN experience (or new grad for residency)
- Nursing degree from an accredited school
- Current RN license in hiring state or compact license
- BLS (AHA) certification
- NRP certification
- ACLS certification

- National certifications (RNC-OB, C-EFM)
