Labor and Birth RN Residency: Mercy STL

Conduct labor and birth care across low-risk deliveries, high-risk antenatal care, and OB ED units with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:2 or 1:1 based on acuity. Deliver comprehensive prenatal and intrapartum support while participating in a structured mentor program that includes simulation-based training, classroom lectures, and hands-on preceptorship. Manage critical skills development for new grads or experienced RNs with 1+ year L&B experience, utilizing BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications. Work full-time night shifts within a 24/7 staffed environment featuring board-certified OB hospitalists and maternal-fetal medicine specialists.
