Job Summary
Conduct labor and birth nursing care across low-risk deliveries, high-risk antenatal care, and OB ED units with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:2 or 1:1 based on acuity. Manage critical skills development through a structured mentor program featuring simulation-based training, classroom lectures, and hands-on preceptorship. Provide 24/7 coverage on the Labor & Birth, High-Risk, and OB ED units supported by board-certified specialists. Complete the required 1+ year experience or residency program to advance your career in this supportive environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year Labor & Birth RN experience (or new grad for residency)
- Nursing degree from an accredited school
- Current RN license in hiring state or compact license
- BLS (AHA)
- NRP
- ACLS
