Labor and Birth RN Residency: Mercy STL

Conduct labor and birth care across low-risk deliveries, high-risk antenatal care, and the OB ED, managing patient acuity from 1:2 to 1:1 ratios. Deliver simulation-based training, attend classroom lectures by clinical educators, and complete hands-on preceptorship within a structured mentor program. Work full-time nights on a 24/7 unit staffed by board-certified OB hospitalists, anesthesia, and maternal-fetal medicine specialists. Gain confidence and critical skills while earning shift differentials for days, nights, and weekends, plus tuition reimbursement and a BSN bridge program.
