Job Summary
Conduct labor and birth care from low-risk deliveries to high-risk antenatal care across units including L&B, OB ED, and High-Risk areas. Provide continuous support with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:2 in Labor & Birth and 1:1 in High-Risk settings based on acuity. Participate in a structured mentorship program featuring simulation-based training, classroom lectures, and hands-on preceptorship to advance clinical skills. Work full-time night shifts with board-certified OB hospitalists and specialists available for consultation.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year Labor & Birth RN experience (or new grad for residency)
- Nursing degree from an accredited school
- Current RN license in hiring state or compact license
- BLS (AHA) certification
- NRP certification
- ACLS certification

- National certifications (RNC-OB, C-EFM)
