Labor Analyst, Workforce Management Labor Analytics

Job Summary

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions supporting labor, productivity, scheduling, and operational performance metrics. Analyze workforce and operational data to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations. Support labor forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes using historical performance and business drivers, while monitoring forecast accuracy and key workforce performance metrics. Ensure data integrity through validation, reconciliation, and continuous improvement of reporting processes and analytics tools. Support workforce management system administration, including data loads, organizational updates, testing, and approved configuration changes. Troubleshoot system and user issues, coordinate resolutions, and ensure reliable operation of interfaces, integrations, and scheduled processes. Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting, improve analytics capabilities, and enhance workforce planning processes. Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, Payroll, Technology, and Field Leadership to identify trends, improve labor efficiency, and ensure accurate workforce planning processes. Limited off-hours availability may be required for critical loads, releases, incidents, or other time-sensitive WFM cycles. Occasional travel may be required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Workforce Management, HR Systems or related field
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Familiarity with data warehouse environments such as Snowflake
  • Working knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical programming languages
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis
  • Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly and concisely
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with an operational mindset
  • Ability to balance data insights with practical execution
  • Ability to document processes and follow governance standards
  • Limited off-hours availability may be required for critical loads, releases, incidents, or other time-sensitive WFM cycles
  • Occasional travel may be required
