Job Summary
Labeling QC/Utility at Seneca Foods: operate labeling equipment and de-palletizers, perform quality control on labels, handle forklift duties, assist with packing and palletizing, and maintain GMP clean-up. Seek long-term growth with reliable, detail-oriented performance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift cased items up to 50 pounds throughout the day
- Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Must understand the layout of warehouses at Payette
- Must have working knowledge of, or ability to learn, inventory scanners
- Must be familiar with Seneca coding for brite items
- Must have basic math skills
- Must pay attention to detail and ensure quality standards are met
- Must be self-motivated and a team player with the ability to work in many different areas with minimal supervision
- Must have a positive approach to job tasks, including excellent punctuality and attendance
- Takes initiative and proactively seeks opportunities to improve processes and stay productive
- Values accountability and strives for continual self-improvement
- Comfortable working both in a team environment and independently
- Effective written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Availability for a Monday – Friday shift from 6:00 am – 4:30 pm, with overtime as needed based on production and customer requirements
