Labeling Inventory Coordinator

Job Summary
Manage labeling materials inventory by performing control transactions, verifying cycle counts, and investigating discrepancies to maintain accurate levels. Process label orders and deliveries by receiving, verifying, and documenting incoming materials while reviewing labels for correct ingredients and regulatory accuracy before ordering. Maintain proper storage practices for labels, cartons, and related materials, resolving space or organization issues with Warehouse and Labeling teams. Prepare monthly reports on inventory activity and vendor requirements, update spreadsheets to reflect current usage, and assist with forecasting based on production trends. Coordinate with Production Planning on material availability and support Sales or Customer Service with label-related clarifications.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent math skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of basic inventory control principles
- Ability to work collaboratively with Warehouse, Labeling, and Production teams
