Label Relations Coordinator

Job Summary

Build and maintain release timelines, campaign trackers, and internal project management tools while coordinating day-to-day logistics across multiple simultaneous artist campaigns. Prepare meeting agendas, manage follow-up action items, and organize artist assets and release documentation. Assist with marketing budgets, invoice tracking, and expense reconciliation, then compile streaming and campaign performance metrics for internal reporting. Coordinate requests between artists, managers, label partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and proactively identify scheduling conflicts or operational bottlenecks. Maintain release calendars and support additional initiatives as assigned. This role reports directly to the VP of Label Relations in our downtown San Francisco office, supporting a rapidly growing firm that has launched multi-platinum and Grammy Award-winning artists.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in the music, entertainment, or digital marketing industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong administrative and project coordination experience
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong interest in artist marketing, label operations, or music distribution
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Notion, or similar
  • Experience working with release schedules, marketing campaigns, DSP reporting, or music distribution platforms
  • Passion for independent music and artist development
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, strong follow-through, and a 'no task is too small' mindset
