Lead the data operations and intake & warehouse operations for the Label brands, driving flawless data ingestion/processing, managing a third-party integration partner (Rithum), and optimising product data to accelerate online sales. Oversee the Buying and Merchandise admin support team based in Pune, ensure smooth intake between brand partners and warehouses, resolve complex delivery queries, maintain compliance with delivery standards, and driveCross-functional collaboration with Ecommerce and Product Operations. Spearhead automation and AI initiatives to scale solutions for global Label business expansion, deputise for the Label Platform Manager, and foster leadership and development within the team.
