Job Summary
Complete label service projects by working with project managers, designers, operations teams, and clients to ensure all files comply with requirements. Inspect and approve label proofs and links reports, record feedback on issues, and assist with entering data into proprietary software. Collaborate with internal and external teams to solve label service problems, train new members on work instructions, and offer process improvements. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures, client protocols, and Good Manufacturing Practices while assisting in pre and post printing processes as directed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Good oral and written English language skills
- Careful and attentive work
- Strong concentration
- Ability to multi-task to optimize production while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Customer and detail oriented
- Good anti-pressure ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate teamwork when necessary to ensure jobs are completed per established timelines
- Strong communication skills to work with internal and external contacts at all levels within the organization
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in label design review
- Pharmaceutical industry quality inspection experience
- Knowledge of GxP requirements
