Job Summary
Operate and monitor finishing machinery to complete product processing according to specifications while inspecting finished products for quality defects and taking corrective action. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance and maintain accurate production records by reporting any malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and uphold quality standards through adherence to safety protocols and detailed instructions. This role requires a high school diploma, previous experience with finishing equipment, and the physical ability to stand for extended periods. Candidates should be available for flexible shifts including overtime.
Required Qualifications

- Previous experience operating finishing or production machinery in a manufacturing environment
