Job Summary
Operate and maintain label applicator equipment while verifying date, lot code, and plant code accuracy during every label change. Conduct changeovers, perform preventive maintenance on the label and case applicators, and execute daily pre-flight inspections and shut-down procedures. Adjust equipment settings for position, speed, and center lining while ensuring correct bowl labels match QA standards. Follow GMPs, PPE, SQF, HACCP, and 5S methodology guidelines throughout the 24-hour shift. Lift up to 50 pounds and climb stairs frequently in a fast-paced, cold, wet plant environment. Multitask across multiple positions as needed and troubleshoot machine abnormalities autonomously.
