Job Summary
Coordinate label, patient card, and dosing card activities for low to moderate complexity clinical supplies studies, ensuring all tasks comply with company good practices and client requirements. Plan and manage the preparation and regulatory approval of information for clinical trial labels, while reviewing source documents and requests for quotes. Serve as a cross-functional liaison to support department project teams and assist with the development and maintenance of the Global Labelling Management tool. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong planning skills, and a proven understanding of the Clinical Supply process. Full-time role based in Ireland, France, Croatia, UK, or Bulgaria with standard Monday-to-Friday hours.
Required Qualifications
- High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years)
- Intermediate English
- Good interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Proven understanding of the Clinical Supply process, such as manufacturing, handling, importing, shipping, exporting, auditing, labelling and packaging
- Strong planning and time management skills
- Planning analytical skills
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to work on issues of a diverse and confidential nature
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong customer service orientation
