Job Summary
Check incoming label quantities, print receiving paperwork, and provide production with labels as needed. Update all work order paperwork with label quantities given to and from production while maintaining an organized and clean control area. Perform periodic cycle counts to track label inventory and record materials received, product produced, scrap, and excess accurately. Use and care for equipment and materials issued to the work area in compliance with the DSHEA act. Move up to 50 lbs. between floor and 48 inches height within normal warehouse conditions, including high noise levels, fumes, and forklift traffic.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to understand, speak, read and write in English in order to perform the essential functions of the job as they relate to comprehension of laws, regulations, standards, documents and other internal and external communications.
- Must have working knowledge of computers.
- Must have detail and organizational skills.
- Must have problem solving skills.
- Must be able to communicate well, both written and oral, with others within the organization.
- Must have ability to do simple mathematic equations. Needs to be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure and understand
- Must be able to understand relations between units of measure.
- Ability to understand all plants operations and where they fit into department operations.
- Must be able to move 50 lbs. from floor to 48 inches height.
