Job Summary
Collect viable specimens, perform in-house testing, and maintain accurate lab and radiology documentation. Execute proficiency testing, quality control procedures, and equipment maintenance while ensuring timely reporting of results to providers. Conduct daily reconciliations of outstanding orders, manage specimen collection for outside labs, and perform EKGs and x-rays as ordered. Maintain inventory logs, digital imaging equipment, and PACS image delivery. Participate in team huddles, quality improvement meetings, and complete required continuing education to maintain licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Must be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Must be able to speak, read and write English
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 pounds
- Must be willing to travel to other clinic if assigned
- Have a valid and current Arkansas license to perform x-rays
- Current ARRT certification
- The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner

- Experience is preferred but not necessary
