Job Summary
Lab Technician at STgenetics responsible for operating sorters and lab computers, participating in daily production of sexed semen with emphasis on sterility and semen quality, performing sorter startup/setup/shutdown and cleaning, and supporting data entry and reporting with MS Excel/Access. The role involves applying foundational laboratory skills (flow cytometry, sperm physiology) under supervision, with opportunities to train, mentor newer team members, and take on independent responsibilities over time. Shift differential of 20% applies to hours between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Requires an HS diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of related experience (Bachelor’s Degree preferred), strong attention to detail, and ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
