Job Summary
Obtain job orders from the sales team, clarify requests to ensure accuracy, and maintain a steady workflow to meet delivery commitments for Now Service, 24-Hour, and Special Order jobs. Perform technical work to produce customized eyeglass wear, make repairs, and provide minor equipment maintenance and calibration. Notify the leader on duty of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, or incorrect lenses. Complete cross-training with retail and customer service while performing basic housekeeping to ensure brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- at least 1 year of experience working with established laboratory procedures/equipment operation
- high school diploma or equivalent
- schedule flexibility
