Job Summary
Lab Technician at Mohave Cannabis Co. Full-Time role supporting the lab manager with day-to-day chemical tasks, calibration, tracking, documenting, packaging, labeling, and cleaning in compliance with state standards. Process and refine cannabis oil via winterization, centrifugation, filtration, and decarboxylation; produce products such as shatter, vape oil, distillate, live resin; accurately weigh materials and maintain records and inventory; operate and maintain lab equipment; fill batch records and follow SOPs; perform clerical duties related to lab activities; maintain MSDS and ensure safety and compliance; require 21+ with HS diploma/GED and 1 year of lab experience; ability to work nights/weekends/holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Ability to acquire and maintain a Facility Agent Card through the State.
- A minimum of one (1) year of laboratory and/or related hands-on experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot process or equipment failures.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with chemical and laboratory safety.
- Able to work independently and within team environments to accomplish tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills, ideally with experience using Windows-based PC programs.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
