Job Summary
Install and configure new HPC hardware and SLES operating systems while maintaining and repairing approximately 100 servers across new and legacy systems. Reconfigure systems to support development requirements and resolve hardware, networking, and software issues. Track and manage parts and supplies, maintaining detailed trackers for machine status and connections. Keep lab areas aligned with EHS guidelines for safety and housekeeping. Work on-site Monday through Friday supporting data center and lab operations through the end of the year.
Required Qualifications
- Onsite Availability: Work on‐site Monday through Friday.
- Install and configure new HPC hardware in alignment with engineering guidelines.
- Install SLES operating systems using both manual and automated methods.
- Maintain and repair approximately 100 servers across both new and legacy systems.
- Reconfigure systems as needed to support development requirements.
- Resolve hardware, networking, and software issues.
- Maintain lab areas in alignment with EHS guidelines for safety and housekeeping.
