Job Summary
Lab Technician to support lab operations, safety compliance, infrastructure coordination, and tooling maintenance across multiple SPTS lab spaces. Responsible for monthly lab inspections, safety walkthroughs, tool maintenance and calibration support, access coordination for team members and contractors, space management, and IT-related lab tasks. Collaborates with lab operations, EHS, facilities, IT, and engineering to ensure labs remain operational, compliant, and ready to support business priorities. Demonstrates attention to detail, proactive cross-team collaboration, and ownership of safety, tooling reliability, and operational execution.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree, technical certificate, or equivalent hands-on experience in a lab, facilities, or operations environment
- Experience working in laboratory, manufacturing, or technical support settings
- Ability to follow safety procedures and structured operational processes
- Comfort working across multiple lab and office environments
