Lab Technician III - Immunohistochemistry

Perform advanced manual processing and data entry in laboratory accessioning; coordinate with leadership, supervisors and Pathologists to direct workflow and organize daily departmental functioning. Manage LIS data entry, higher-level accessioning, esoteric testing, and QA tasks. Serve as subspecialty client liaison and assist in creating slides/cell blocks, tissue embedding, and histology duties. Requires an associate degree (preferably science) and at least two years of lab processing experience; preferred Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, physics or medical laboratory science. Works 7:00am–3:30pm in a full-time role at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus; duties include safety compliance, documentation, and collaboration with pathology staff and caregivers to support high-quality patient care.
