Job Summary
Plan, set up, and execute testing in accordance with approved test plans while collecting and interpreting data to assure validity. Demonstrate basic problem-solving and technical skills in HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, brazing, and soldering. Provide input during test planning stages and offer design feedback after completion. Follow standard work instructions with supervision and promote established environmental, health, and safety procedures. Maintain laboratory cleanliness and support other testing activities as needed. Requires a 2-year HVAC Associate's degree or equivalent experience, basic Microsoft skills, and attention to detail. Annual base salary range is $33,400.00 - $48,125.00. On-site work is required five days a week.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year HVAC Associate's degree
- Minimum of 1-year HVAC certificate or other associate's degree with at least 3 years HVAC service and installation experience
- Basic skills in Microsoft applications
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Basic electrical & refrigeration skills
- Basic brazing and soldering skill
- Safety Sensitive Role: Yes (requires passing additional drug screening)
