Job Summary
Execute specimen preparation, perform metallurgical evaluations, and conduct atomic spectroscopy and gas combustion analysis to ensure product conformity to defined specifications and customer standards. Maintain test equipment, capture digital test data within MES and QMS systems, and document results to support production readiness and quality compliance. This hands-on role at the Monroe, NC facility requires familiarity with metal powder handling, microstructural evaluation, and additive manufacturing environments. Candidates must possess strong chemistry backgrounds, precision in laboratory practice, and the ability to write standard work instructions while supporting continuous improvement of material verification workflows.
