Job Summary
Conduct KMI system integration, configuration, and testing protocols to guarantee fleet readiness prior to shipment. Diagnose complex technical issues to deliver specification-compliant solutions and execute Pre-Installation and Test Check-Out (PITCO) check sheets. Perform factory resets, software upgrades, and network interface scripts on KG-250 devices and Advanced Key Processors (AKPs). Maintain system-test documentation while delivering hands-on training sessions for end-users and organizational representatives. Generate standard operating procedures (SOPs) for KMI Suite validation and system integration. Requires Active Secret Clearance and 5 years of Hardware & Software Integration experience. Supports Department of the Navy efforts focused on cryptographic products and Key Management Infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance
- 5 years of experience in Hardware & Software Integration
- Network engineering/configuration knowledge and experience
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and work with customers and team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Quality Assurance & Mission Readiness experience
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of KMI Operating Account Manager Course of Instruction
- Cryptographic Hardware experience
