Lab Technician - ASCNZS

Job Summary
Lab Technician responsible for testing raw materials and finished goods, recording COA reports, monitoring test results, and reporting abnormalities to supervisors. Performs 5S in the lab, maintains SOPs for devices and equipment, and executes proficiency plans to improve technical skills. Supports onsite NC investigations and customer complaints with corrective actions, and assists with NPD, trials, and mass production to drive project success. Joins cross-functional projects and provides data analysis through lab testing, and follows lead requirements to perform execution tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Experience performing laboratory tests on raw materials and finished products
- Ability to record test results and compile COA reports
- Monitoring test results and raising abnormalities to supervisor
- Maintain 5S in the lab and SOP documentation for devices/equipment
- Assist in NC investigations and customer complaints with corrective actions
- Support NPD, trials, and mass production
- Provide data analysis and cross-functional collaboration through lab tests
- Follow leadership directions and execute assigned tasks
