Job Summary
Prepare water and soil samples prior to analysis by following established procedures and working with various solvents and chemicals. Maintain and update appropriate documentation and databases to support scientists in the sample preparation department. Receive all necessary training to successfully take on this role in the environmental testing laboratory.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a lab or office setting
- Ability to remain standing for long periods while conducting tests
- Ability to work around strong smells
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment while handling samples
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting
