Job Summary
Conduct visual, odor, and taste tests on raw materials and finished products, preparing samples for sensory evaluation. Perform wet chemistry tests using instruments such as IR, colorimeters, and pH meters to verify quality standards. Maintain clean lab equipment and submit evaluation results via digital and analog systems while adhering to all safety protocols. Retrieve standards, generate worksheets, and prepare shipment labels for samples. This second-shift role at Kerry's Clark facility supports manufacturing, supply chain, and R&D teams. Candidates must have an associate degree with one year of GMP laboratory experience and the physical ability to taste and smell various flavor and fragrance products.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree
- 1 years' experience in a GMP Laboratory environment
- Must be able to taste all products with no dietary restrictions
- Must be able to be exposed to and smell a variety of flavor and fragrance products, essential oils, and raw materials
- Must be able to stand and work at a lab bench for long periods of time
- Must be able to operate lab testing equipment and interpret results
- Associate degree plus 1 years' experience in a GMP Laboratory environment
- Must be able to taste all products with no dietary restrictions
- Must be able to be exposed to and smell a variety of flavor and fragrance products, essential oils, and raw materials
- Must be able to stand and work at a lab bench for long periods of time
- Must be able to operate lab testing equipment and interpret results
- Must be available for 2nd Shift – 2pm to 10:30pm
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must successfully complete a background investigation
- Must successfully complete a drug screen
Desired Qualifications
