Job Summary
Lab Systems Architect for Syniti’s Education Services will design, implement, and maintain technical lab environments that support both eLearning and instructor-led training. You will oversee Learning Lab architectures, manage lab snapshots, optimize usage policies, monitor VM usage, support LMS integrations, and serve as the primary escalation point for lab-related issues. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Training Operations, IT, and Application teams; you will document system configurations, maintain education services forms and automations, and assist with revenue reporting. The ideal candidate is technically skilled with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of on-call support for global training programs, and adept at training internal and partner instructors while ensuring robust infrastructure and user experience across education platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one of the following databases: Oracle, MS SQL Server, IBM DB2, or MySQL
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL
- Experience managing hypervisor solutions and SaaS platform architecture
- Familiarity with Syniti platforms: Stewardship Tier, ADM, SKP, and Migrate (ADMM) is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint
- Experience with Windows Server and Azure Active Directory
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of GraphQL queries and mutations (preferred)
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for education technology and continuous improvement
