Job Summary
Sort, scan, and assign sequence numbers to laboratory areas, including numbering HDL tubes for lipid labs. Process samples for testing, prepare reagents and pipette aliquots under supervision, and label and stain hematology slides. Gather, rinse, wash, dry, and restock glassware and consumables, while performing limited, non-complex, waived tests for team review. Work in a clinical environment adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices and safety standards with PPE and hazardous materials handling. Full-time onsite role in Middleton, WI with shift differentials; no sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
- Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
- Laboratory Setting
- Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
- Will work with hazardous/toxic materials
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening
- High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Technical positions may require a certificate
- Previous experience to provide the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 1 year) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience

- Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists
- Moderate lifting (or otherwise movement, carrying, setting, and placement)of 15-30 lbs. with a maximum lift of 35 lbs.
- Ability to crouching, stooping, bending and twisting of upper body and neck
- Ability to perform a wide range of variable tasks as dictated by variable demands and changing conditions with little predictability as to the occurrence
