Job Summary
Fulfill order and supplies requests, manage accounting and inventory data via spreadsheets, and maintain maintenance contracts for lab machinery. Handle shipping and receiving, answer phones, and perform general lab duties while adhering to strict HSE safety standards and chemical odor protocols. Inventory laboratory supplies and ensure all equipment operates within prescribed safety rules. Requires a valid driver's license, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Candidates must demonstrate strong customer service skills, dependability, and English fluency to meet internal and external commitments promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of related experience
- A valid driver's license
- Strong background in MS Office applications
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Safety glasses, goggles, etc.
- Near, Distance, Color, Peripheral, Depth Perception vision
- 55 decibels, adult conversation sense of sound
- Able to detect odors sense of smell
- Have fluency in reading, writing, and speaking in English
- Lift and carry 50 pounds in various packaging
- Agree to submit to random drug testing as a condition of employment
