Lab Supervisor

Laboratory Supervisor in Mobile, AL responsible for supervising day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring tests are performed accurately and results reported timely, training and mentoring laboratory personnel, monitoring workflow and ensuring adequate assay coverage, staffing all shifts, resolving production errors, driving continuous process and service-level improvements, maintaining QC/QA records, ensuring compliance with CLIA/CAP/state regulations, administering policies and procedures, handling payroll and personnel files, performing bench work as needed, and supporting independent and collaborative work to maintain proficiency and regulatory compliance.
