Job Summary
Validate and verify new chemical testing methods per global Danone standards and manage routine chemical testing for raw materials and finished goods. Document revisions to work instructions and SOPs aligned with ISO17025 or ISO9001 requirements. Supervise the lead and analyst chemical team, troubleshoot test result or instrument issues, and control consumable costs. Coordinate supplier contacts for PO/GR purchasing, maintain calibration systems and preventive maintenance for measurement devices, and support the team with digital and paperless projects. Review water testing monthly for food safety compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science (Chemistry) or related fields
- Working in service/factory laboratory at least 3-4 years
- Able to write and speak English
- Microsoft office, Good Excel, PPT and Power BI
- Analytical skill related ICP-MS and HPLC/UPLC , FTNIR, Auto titator
- Experienced for method verification/validation of chemical testing
- Knowledge and got certification ISO17025:2017
- ISO14001 requirement and GLP requirement
- Troubleshooting, problem solving and decision making especially issue or deviation relate to chemical result
- Good communication and Leadership skills
