Job Summary
Specimen Accessioner responsible for clinical specimen accessioning, sample sorting, and data entry in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment per SOPs. Duties include preparing specimens for analysis, unpacking and routing to staging areas, accurately labeling and shipping specimens to testing facilities, meeting department production goals, and data entry of patient information. Must lift up to 40 lbs, pass a colorblindness test, and work in a team-focused Labcorp/Invitae setting with strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office.
