Job Summary
Lab Specialist to support testing of labels, tags and ribbons, ensuring QA and regulatory compliance per ISO 9001, GLP, and QMS. Responsibilities include laboratory testing per approved protocols, materials verification (COA/COC), product specification support, calibration and traceability, disposition of nonconforming product, and contributing to continuous improvement. Will collaborate across departments (Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Suppliers) and maintain lab records and documentation. On-site in Charlotte, NC; strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with lab data and MS Office are required. Experience in label manufacturing, RFID, printing, or related technologies is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent; 3–5 years laboratory testing experience
